This is a postal service for self-test kits for Day 2 and Day 8 Tests.
You will need to first purchase your tests. You will then be provided a unique Passenger locator number (PLN). Use your PLN to complete the UK Gov Passenger Locator which can be found here
You will ned to show your completed passenger locator form and receipt for purchase of tests at the border controls to travel and gain entry to UK.
Covid Smart cannot guarantee turnaround time for results when postal services are used to deliver samples to labs. We do our utmost to provide urgent turnaround times for these tests however the postal service and lab are responsible for delivering kits and processing results on time.
Please note that no refunds will be provided for samples lost in the postal service, or delayed results which are caused by the laboratory, courier, or postal service. Labs will aim to provide results within 72 hours of receipt of samples for Day 2, and 48 hours for day 8. This service is very much reliant on postal service and labs which is out of our control. Covid Smart is not liable for costs, expenses, loss of earnings, delay of samples. Should you wish to reduce your isolation period you can opt in for Day 5 Test to Release which we advise to be carried out at a clinic to avoid postal delay.
